Set a Default Aspect Ratio

By default Proclaim selects 16:9 as the default aspect ratio for Slides, Confidence, & Notes; however, our old projectors are only capable of 4:3.  I know how to change the aspect ratio for each Presentation, but is there a way to set the default to 4:3?
