Clear Formatting Button no longer works or is no longer enabled.

Is anyone else experiencing the clear formatting button not working anymore?  I use the clear formatting in the sermon builder to go between highlighting text that I am putting in a slide and then going back to regular text.  This clear formatting button is no longer enabled it is greyed out now - it has been this way for two weeks now.

    This clear formatting button is no longer enabled it is greyed out now - it has been this way for two weeks now.

    I'm not seeing this on Mac - what platform are you trying this on?

    It is happening on my Mac Mini (m1) and MacBook Air (m1) - the button is sometimes seemingly enabled but is not clearing the formatting.  I am having to apply a blank background and black text formatting that then looks strange when I use my ipad in preaching mode (dark mode on)

    I'm also not experiencing this on my macOS machine.

    Could you maybe elaborate on this or upload a photo? I believe I am doing this on my end, but the clear formatting button is enabled, and clicking on it with my selected text clears the format.

    I apologize I havent had to write a sermon again until tonight.  I am uploading a picture of my sermon document.

    My cursor is after the period highlighted green - I go to clear the formatting and the button is greyed out.

    My work flow before would be to highlight what I put into a slide and then use the clear formatting button to continue along writing.  The button no longer works for me -- I can highlight the text and then the button is not greyed out but pressing it does nothing.
