I've been stuck on "Preparing Library (stage 1 of 3)" for 24 hours. Any advice?

Cole, I'm not a Mac guy but the log files you sent seem to be for just a very short span of time. I assume you are adding to earlier logs? Obviously you should not be seeing Logos running for 24 hours preparing your library. It seems to be time to shut down all Logos activity and try something over. (BTW: On the PC side only 2 GB of RAM will slow everything down, but not to the speeds you are speaking of.)
The first thing I would do it attempt to restart Logos. Re-boot after shutting down the Logos activities that are running, then restart Logos. I assume you have diagnostic logging turned on permanently. If not, please do so. (Again, on the Mac that may be done automatically) There are directions for doing this on the wiki. Don't know if they apply to the Mac or not. Sorry. Depending on your Library size, you should see stage 1 and 2 take a relatively short time, and stage 3 (indexing) take up to 12 hours or more.
If a Mac guy jumps in that would be great, otherwise I believe you need to try something over first, then if that doesn't work, look for further problems.

Mark has some helpful comments. I just wanted to add that diagnostic logging is automatically enabled in the Mac version.
haven't looked at the logs yet but a reboot should speed things up. Log in and the indexer should start up.
Concur with Restart Mac => watch for Blue icon in menu bar.
While indexing, can open indexer.log to monitor indexing progress.
If indexing does not complete, please post new set of compressed log files.
Note: Logos Indexing is processor and disk intensive along with using lots of available memory - may want to restart Mac after indexing completes.
