I was demonstrating user interfaces to a neurodivergent relative and ran into a significant issue almost immediately. The Logos interface confuses "passage" and "reference", using "passage" in the command box when they mean "reference." Note that in the Guides menu, reference and passage are not used as if they were synonymous but are kept distinct.
