Missing book(s) still?

I know this is kind of late to the game, but I had a few books (well I know of one for sure...not like I can verify it anymore) in Wordsearch that I realize I don't have. It is a commentary. I haven't needed it until recently, which is why I just now realized I don't have it. Is it too late to get this fixed? I guess I was going to trust that the process worked smoothly, but it doesn't seem like it did. Who knows what other books I don't have? I happen to know I had this one based on an email from 2020 verifying if all my books would get transferred over. At the time I was told to continue to use the app for books that didn't finish transferring. The obvious news is the app doesn't work anymore.

The book is Christ-Centered Exposition: Exalting Christ in Isaiah.

Try searching your library for the title "Exalting Christ in Isaiah" instead of the longer one and see if you can find that.

Or try looking for the author by using the search string "author:Davis, Andrew M." and include the quotation marks.

There used to be a link that would show you what books you had in Wordsearch, and the status of the book: In logos, coming to logos, not coming to logos.

The "exalting Jesus in" series is in Logos. That specific title is in Logos also.

If you have that edition of the book, it should say "open in logos" where the purchase button is. If it's technically a different edition, then you'd have to find the right one in the logos store, or by searching your library.

    Hope that helps.

Thank you both for responding. It is not in my library and shows that it is not purchased online. I will assume that I do not have the license for it anymore due to the merge and now unable to view it since Wordsearch is gone and the app I have doesn't work anymore.

    Christopher,

I am sure Logos wants you to have every book you purchased in Wordsearch. One shouldn't lose a license. It is possible that the license didn't transfer properly when Logos got your file from Wordsearch. Give Customer Support a call and see what they might be able to uncover and do for you.

I've been going through my WS library in Logos now that my WS recently suffered from a glitch (and I don't want to mess with recovering it).

These are the only titles that are still missing for me. I do have an email into CS to see if they can take care of that:

The only other couple of titles I'm missing are a couple of Doxa Press titles like Polity:

I don't think those came over in the transition. I'll put in a book request for Polity since I was using it in WS.
