Following up on some posts about the dynamic resource toolbar

I made a number of comments in the thread announcing the dynamic resource toolbar. -https://community.logos.com/forums/t/222516.aspx - and just wanted to follow up on them to see if there were any thoughts on them:

• Notes filter on the web app shows a different note count from desktop - https://community.logos.com/forums/p/222516/1296247.aspx#1296247 .
