Hello, good day!
I came across this promotional video (screenshot). It says that if I select a word with the "Translate" panel open, I will get a dictionary definition. This option doesn't work for me. Does anyone know how to enable it? Saludos!

What do you get?
I get a simply translation of the word to Spanish but no dictionary definition - but I don't have a Spanish dictionary in Logos (I forget if that is a requirement for this to work)

Graham, but that's not what the video says. You get a dictionary definition and this dictionary, I assume, is powered by DeepL or whatever translator Logos is using. I used to use QTranslate. It gave word definitions on the fly.
Not even Tarzan can find his way through this jungle of logos! I couldn't find the video I was talking about!

You're right - and I knew I wasn't sure on the details
I think the article - and associated video - you are referring to is the one at https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/8160540355597-Auto-Translate-Resources
Interestingly the screenshot at the bottom of the article has the translation being provided by Oxford Languages whereas currently it is DeepL (i've attached my matching screenshot below)
I wonder if this is impacting the dictionary lookup feature
We would need someone from Logos to comment further.
The Oxford translation source is no longer being used, which means that the definition provided by that video is no longer available.
Thanks Andrew
Thats a shame!
Thank you, guys, so much! However, wouldn't it be absolutely amazing if we could have a dictionary – or rather, dictionaries – in that panel?
