Feature Request: Allow underlining in PBs

There may be a way to do this... but I have not been able to find it. But, I would like to underline something in a Word personal book and when I compile it into a Logos Personal Book, it still recognizes the underline. Currently, the underline in Word disappears in Logos Personal Book.

Am I missing something?

Well, I've had the opposite problem, where my personal book had underlining that was not (visible) in the Word document. The book had other formatting issues which, when fixed, also cleared up the mystery underlining. On the other hand, I've never had cause to want underlining in a personal book, so I can't speak to what happens to that when it reaches Logos.

As to feature requests, the drill is to make a request on the Feedback site and post the link here for people to vote if they're so inclined. (But check first to see if a previous request exists.)

I can't replicate this .... when I use the regular underline function in the Word docx file, the underline remains in the compiled personal book in Logos (compare screenshots of docx and pb).

I am on Win10, using Office 2016, and Logos 33.2.7

Upload a docx file (or part) with underlining that does not compile.

Here is a paragraph with underlining.... but the underlining does not appear in the PB.Thanks.

In the passage just cited he is called an apostle but not one of the twelve. He was an important man as may be seen by the following passages. Acts 12:17; 15:13-21; 21:18; Galatians 1:19; 2:9, 12.)

Edit: I found the problem. I normally run in dark mode and in dark mode the underline does not appear. After posting the above... I deleted the file and re-built it again.... still no underline "in dark mode". I then went to "light mode" and then the underline appeared. I guess dark mode has it's problems.

Thanks for the report. It looks like the Personal Book Builder tool is using the wrong color marking for underlining, which causes it to not get adjusted properly in dark mode. I've correct a case to correct this problem.

Thanks for the report. It looks like the Personal Book Builder tool is using the wrong color marking for underlining, which causes it to not get adjusted properly in dark mode. I've correct a case to correct this problem.
