Keyboard stopped working

This might be a rare case and I am not able to duplicate it so far. I am using the newest Logos Beta in a Windows 11 desktop. I use three screens when reading geography (https://www.logos.com/product/218517/holman-illustrated-guide-to-biblical-geography-reading-the-land ) in the bottom screen, ESRI ArcGis 3D in the large screen and Google Earth in the left screen.

At one point the keyboard stopped working. I restarted the computer and after that it worked again. I am not blaming Logos - I think the cause is within the ESRI program which is quite complex. So far I could not reproduce that, but I´ll keep watching. For your info, in case you come across this problem.

Is the keyboard wired, wireless or builtin (e.g. laptop)? It ihappens occasionally with wireless mouse, less so with wireless keyboard. But restarting the computer always fixes it. Don't blame the software, though. Logos is complex, so are professional aircraft simulators with addon hardware components.

Well, I have the https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Optimus_Maximus_keyboard and your advice may be correct. Actually I was quite surprised that it works with Windows 11, as I´ve got a new computer two years ago.

ESRI ArcGis https://www.esri.com/en-us/home is a professional GIS program, and it has many features and works quite well, but I feel it has the same problem as Logos: keeps on adding new features like "location intelligence" with full speed, and burying the known bugs.
