Do any of our Hebrew scriptures include the pei-samekh or parashot divided into aliyots?

The pei-samekh division frequently differs with both the chapter and portion divisions, as we saw in the prior paragraph.

I was just thinking of a comparison chart as to chapter-verse/parashot-aliyot/pei-samekh divisions ... Do we have the markings to make this possible?
