BUG: Drag and drop entry on Bibliography

In an annotated bibliography, i.e. I have added notes to most entries, drag and drop freezes at the top of the pane rather than scrolling the entries shown in the pane. This means that for large bibliographies, it takes several moves to achieve the intended position.
