If I recall correctly, there was a time not long ago where the customer was offered payment by installments. As it seems now, this has disappeared.

Yeah, what he said! I just tested it and it’s still there. $99.99 and it won’t show, but you hit $100 and it’ll automatically appear there.

I chose a 280 $ Item. It shows only before logging in. Once logged in it disappears.
Anyone in good standing with Logos, placing an order with a billing address in a country we currently accept credit card payments from, may put a qualifying order on a payment plan.
Note: We cannot currently support payment plans when the billing address is located in Venezuela or Nigeria.

If you have had an issue with payment plans in the past, they have the capacity to remove it for just you. You might be able to get a payment plan by calling sales.
Well, that might answer his question 🙋🏻♂️ Call sales and see if you might owe them money or maybe it’s just a glitch in the system.
I have not been offered a payment plan option since november 2022. There is another thread on this topic but I have not seen anyone confirm that it can be solved. For me it is not a big problem so I have not called sales myself.
