BUG: Active passage list filter not checked in dropdown menu
When a passage list is used as a filter, it does not show as active (checked) in the dropdown menu under passage lists. This makes it very difficult to tell somewhat what to turn off when they accidentally have a filter turned on. I actually would expect to see the filter name in the filtered panel but that may be an enhancement rather than a bug in the current implementation.
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

However a filter is made active, the message "Filter by Passage List" is displayed (as per your screenshot) and it can be removed (hidden in your screenshot).
When a passage list is used as a filter (via "Open all"):
- the above message is supplemented by the name of the PL and any resource PL filters are removed
- but [BUG?] they remain active in the VF menu.
- if another PL in VF menu is activated, all active PL's become filters and the named filter is removed [?]
- if a PL in VF menu is deactivated, the remaining active PL's become filters and the named filter is removed [?]
- when the named filter is removed, the PL's in the VF menu are deactivated
The issue for me is the behaviour/effect of VF passage lists and I think it would be less confusing if they are deactivated when an external PL is used as a filter.

My other comments have to be revised.
When a passage list is used as a filter (via "Open all"):
- the Bible is opened in a new tab
- the above message is supplemented by the name of the PL (it is the only active filter)
- any resource PL filters remain active in the VF menu [BUG?]
- if another PL in VF menu is activated, all active PL's become filters and the named filter is removed [?]
- if a PL in VF menu is deactivated, the remaining active PL's become filters and the named filter is removed [?]
- if the only active PL in VF menu is deactivated, the named filter is removed [?]
- when the named filter is removed, the PL's in the VF menu are deactivated [BUG?]
The issue for me is the behaviour/effect of VF passage lists and it would be less confusing if:
- any existing tab for the Bible is used
- it opens together with any existing filters
- it is treated as active in the VF menu
In other words, the external PL filter is treated the same as any PL filter in the VF menu.

This certainly seems buggy, I will get a case written up for this.
