BUG: Pixelated Book Cover, Desktop App, Mac

I just purchased a Legacy pack that included...

Holman Old Testament Commentary | HOTC (20 vols.)

The thumbnail for the book of Deuteronomy is pixelated with the bottom portion of the thumbnail appearing as a lime green splash.

I was unable to remedy by clearing search parameters and closing out the app.
