Logos app is not opening!
When I click Logos, it seems to start but suddenly the opening blue box disappear and not oppening. It's not opening with ctrl, either.
It started since I tried to link Logos with Microsoft Powerpoint through insert-run so that when I click Bible verse in PPT, it may automatically open to Logos. But somehow it did not work well because I linked the wrong exe file, I think.
How can I fix this problem?

Sorry for the problem!
Did you go ahead, and reboot the computer (I assume you're on Windows)? And did you try, without web access?

I downloaded Logos setup file and tried it. But, it didn't work. Deleting and downloading the entire library will take literally a whole day for me, so I don't like that method. I want to fix it.

It looks like there might be a problem related to permissions with this file:
C:\Users\bride\AppData\Local\Faithlife\Logs\Logos\ResourceAuditLog.jnywhhxn.yky.txt
I think you could try deleting the entire "C:\Users\bride\AppData\Local\Faithlife\Logs" folder and let Logos recreate it on the next run. (If there's a permissions problem with that whole folder, you'll need to fix it in Windows Explorer in order to get the app to run.)

if I have to delete the folder, how do I recreate it on the next run?
How do I fix the permissions problem in Windows Explorer? (And I don't understand why I need to fix Logos with Windows Explorer, a search engine).

If you delete the folder, based on Bradley's guidance - you don't have to recreate it - Logos will do it automatically when you restart the application.
The reason that you would use Windows Explorer, it would be the quickest and easiest way via GUI to access the Permissions settings of the folder. Right Click the folder, select Properties and under the Security Tab you can view Permissions.

I deleted the log and restarted Logos app and it's working! Problem solved. Many thanks to Bradley Grainger and Frank Sauer from Seoul, Korea for your quick and accurate advice.
