The only limitation would be if you ever want to sell your library in parts or whole: products bought with academic discount may not be sold to users without academic discount (otherwise students would start financing their tuition by competing with Logos and making profit from reselling discounted stuff to other users, and the contractual obligations against the publishers granting the discount would be violated), Logos will check this before doing a license transfer.
