Biblical people diagrams … how do I access them?

My iPad, in factbook for ‘Jacob (Son of Isaac)’, shows the diagrams under the Media section. Clicking on this thumbnail says that ‘This book is not available’. A forum search suggests, in 2018, that this was something to do with the data format, and presumably still not fixed.

So I click on the  ’Open in Media tool’, and the diagrams do not show up at all in the search that the link generates. How do I access these diagrams?

    I do not think this is accessible via the web app. Someone else can confirm.

    Thanks for this report Martin!

    We happened to notice this in-house a few weeks ago and pushed a fix for an upcoming build. It should work* right now on app.logos.com. In the mobile app, you should see a fix when that update comes out (it may be several weeks due to shipping cycles).

    * "work" in this case means: We will no longer show the items that we cannot show in Mobile/Web interfaces.
