my search argument is "add multiple tags to a book" intending to focus the results.
Results 1 & 2 are right on target
Result 3 is on Factbook tags which I can understand considering as "tags to a book"
But result 7 is tags on a Note ... which I consider a garbage result ... followed by a string of entries for tags on notes, community notes, using tags in collection ...

Because these are primarily videos, each search item returned takes up lots of space. One cannot skim the entries to quickly find the ones of use if you go beyond the first 2-3 entries.
I really like the feature when the results are primarily text based but the results being primarily video and most off topic just doesn't work for me.

A second interesting test case gives much better results "find subject grammatical role in Amos" but it fails to recognize that "grammatical role" is a single term rather than two independent terms. If this could be corrected the results would be excellent.
