Issues with the NASB

I am having issues with my NASB bibles, both the 1995 and 2020 update. If I highlight and bold out a phrase or passage in the NASB, I cannot erase it. I have tried numerous times to do this, and it just does not happen. I have only noticed this with the NASB. Can someone please help me or show me what to do? Thanks.

    I've just tried highlighting and deleting highlights in NASB 2020 and it worked as expected.

    Please provide a few more details:

    • are you using one of the standard Logos highlights or a custom one?
    • what do you mean by "bolding out a phrase"?
    • how are you trying to delete the highlight?

    I have this problem occasionally, particularly using the app. and when I am using a public WiFi.

    Eventually, it corrects itself.

    Erase in the Highlighting tool will only affect the text that you select. Deleting highlights from the Context menu or the Notes tool is better.

    I do not think that I have the Notes Tool. What is the context Menu? It seems that this problem only started when I bought the NASB 2020 update. It is only with the NASB that I am having this issue on my Desktop PC. The erase button always worked for me. This is the first time that I am encountering this problem. If i highlight a phrase or passage yellow in the NASB, and I go back to that same phrase or passage, and wanted to take the yellow highlight off, the erase button does not work. I have always used the erase button. It is only with the NASB that I have this problem.

    I don't know if this is relevant to your case, but if you searched for something, Logos highlights it. If you have the search highlight color set as the same color you use for your own highlighting, then it will appear that you cannot un-highlight something, when in fact it is the search highlight you are seeing.

    Everyone has these:

    • Go to the Tools menu and look for Notes
      • select a highlight and click Delete this note in the three vertical dots menu.
    • right click a word in a resource to get the Context menu (or Right-click menu).
      • select a word in your highlight, right-click, click Selection at top left, click Delete notes and highlights on the other side.
