Logos Please expand Church of Christ resources ... there is money to be made

Because of not understanding portions of a book purchased from Logos I posted a request for information in the forums Resource request: American church historian or Church of Christ adherent most likely to know. - Logos Forums. What I discovered was that the suggested resources are out of print but in sufficient demand to get premium prices. Examples:
- The Bible Only Makes Christians Only & the Only Christians by Thomas B. Warren for $ 50
- When Is an "Example" Binding? by Thomas B. Warren $ 63.79
At those prices, if Logos offers the books at a reasonable price, Logos including the software will be the cheapest way for coC adherents to get their books.
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

I hear you on that. And will second your comments with a loud "Amen!" I have been creating a few books from the Restoration Movement. Having retired after preaching many years in the church of Christ. Now I still preach occasionally, but spend a fair amount of time creating books for LOGOS. Many of the type of books you mention I have had on my website. My dream is someday LOGOS will see fit to support those with a strong conservative Theological perspective who also invest tons of money in LOGOS. They already have the Coffman Commentaries and the Gospel Advocate Commentaries(Pub Domain). Combine them in a package with all the works of J.W. McGarvey, B.W Johnson, Foy Wallace, Leroy Brownlow, Guy N Woods, Gus Nichols, R.C. Bell, David Lipscomb, E.M. Zerr, and books from Gospel Light, Firm Foundation, etc..... Dynamically price the package, and I will buy it in a heartbeat!!! With 12 to 13 thousand congregations just in the U.S I know a few church of Christ preacher's who might invest more $$$ if more attention was given to packages and books like you suggest!! Not trying to be biased here, but why just give the Baptist and Adventists groups all the glory. Give the Restoration Movement groups some time in the "limelight." A package deal or two like we're talking about would only improve the quality of what's available in LOGOS. Also, I forgot to mention another great publisher to throw in the mix, and that is Truth Publications, or the Guardian of Truth in Bowling Green, KY. I have a lot of the books you refer to, but being in PDF format, many pose a real challenge to convert to a .docx format for the Book Builder.

Well, I must say this discussion is really interesting. Since I am really into creating
books and Commentaries for LOGOS, I would like to share a little bit with you. It is
a simple CoC Commentary on Genesis (actually about 580 pages) on the book of
Genesis. Here is the start, but only includes Genesis Chapter One.Not sure about the
Copyright on that. I may try to contact the author, provided he is still alive. His complete
set is available for a "Free Download" on the sit at https://gbntv.org It is a great site for
some really good books and Commentaries by CoC preachers... Here is the sample:
01-Genesis - God's Messages Bible Commentary.docxThis Set (see above) covers the entire Old and New Testaments. When you consider an
average volume in this is about 500 pages, it means it's an awesome . The author is from
Murfreesboro, Tenn. I used to live not too far from there when I attended Lipscomb Univeristy.
While I'm on this tangent the Univiersity is named after David Lipscomb who was editor of
the Gospel Adovocate. So, naturally, the Gospel Advocated Commentaries are composed
mostly of the Commentaries written by Lipscomb. That's basically all most churches of Christ
had until Firm Foundation, Gospel Light Publishers, and Truth Magazine Publishers came
along. Simply put, when Firm Foundation went out of business, Burton Coffman's Commentaries
came out and am glad they are on LOGOS. Put a great package together from these and
similar publishers and it is definitely going to be the icing on my LOGOS cake.....
Anyway, below are some links to PDF Commentary Files and books that should be available in the kind of
package I am talking about......
GBN Commentaries – Gospel Broadcasting Network (gbntv.org)God’s Messages Bible Commentary Series – Gospel Broadcasting Network (gbntv.org)
Books – Gospel Broadcasting Network (gbntv.org)
One of my favorites, which was used in BIble College at Harding University and Lubbock Christian
is this one by F.W. Mattox: Microsoft Word - Eternal Kingdom.doc (gbntv.org)Not to mention this one by Franklin Camp on the Holy Spirit: Franklin Camp – Gospel Broadcasting Network (gbntv.org)
Then of course, there are the publications at https://apologeticspress.org [Apologetics and Christian Evidences] They
have the best Apologetics Study Bible on the Market. I know some Baptist preachers who won't use anything else with
teaching their College Age and Young People. Not so bad from a CofC perspective.....
