Is there an unexpected verse popup when using the Insights Sidebar?

This is running Logos 35.0 beta 2 on Windows 11

When hovering over a cross-reference in the Cross References card of the Insights Sidebar, there is a popup towards the bottom left of the screen containing a couple of references to the "hovered verse".

Is this intentional?
