What is the deal with the Media search not available on the Logos Web App? Why is that the case?

Because Logos has not developed it. Except in a handful of cases, "why" for features being present or absence is a meaningless question - it is a matter of when the platform was first developed, how much code the platform can reuse existing code, interconnections with other features, the priorities set by Logos, the available staff to implement the feature ...

likely but not necessarily as hardware changes are going to upend priorities in the near future.
