This was from the listing of https://www.logos.com/product/204774/theology-collection when I hovered over A Constructive Christian Theology for the Pluralistic World (5 vols.). It makes it look like each volume has its own author, and lists Veli-Matti Kärkkäinen's name five times.
But if you go to the product description page for that set, it only lists him once:
It's because Finnish is an agglutinative language so once you start adding stuff at the end, you never know when to stop. And because they have a vocalic "l" they can totally confuse you with their spelling including 3 l's in a row e.g. Tulllki (the name of an aquaintance).So you feel like you can just duplicate letters if you're running out of stuff to add. I can make fun of Finnish (Sami dialect) because it's my Grandma's native language, and the language she sang hymns in every Sunday afternoon.
