BUG: Where did it go?

I look up today and all of a sudden I noticed my little synchronize circle was gone (see image).  I clicked there and nothing happened. I minimized and maximized. I brought up resources and closed going back to home page. 

When I shut down and restarted it was there again.

This happens when starting Logos without an internet connection. I don't know when else it would happen. Is it possible your internet connection was down or disabled when you started Logos the first time? If not, it could be a settings glitch of some kind, though I've never heard of it happening before.
