Handout and Questions print also but only normal text and headings were expected
I've just tried this and in my test handout sections were printed but questions weren't. I agree neither should be but it would be good to understand the differences in what we are seeing.
Which version of Logos are you using and on which platform? (I have Logos 34.1 on Windows 11
And in the Text view, do the handout and questions show there - before you try and print that view?

The Text View display only the expected text without Handout and Questions.
The printed document contains everything that is displayed in the Edit View as if printing form that view.

I would suggest cross-posting this in the beta forum.
Particularly as I see slightly different behaviour in 34.1 (admittedly on Windows)
Is this similar to this issue that I reported, which still hasn't been resolved?
