Hello, I have already flagged the wrong accent on Junia in Scrivener's edition as a typo within the desktop app. However, I was encouraged to start thi thread (https://community.logos.com/forums/t/223205.aspx).
In the edition "F. H. A. Scrivener, The New Testament in Greek (Cambridge: Cambridge University Press, 1881)", Logos says in Romans 16:7 that he wrote Iouniân with a circumflex on the alpha, which is wrong. Here are screenshots of the original and of the Logos version:
