I was about to report a missing entry before finding the discrepancy in name: Comfort, Ray. The Evidence Bible: Irrefutable Evidence for the Thinking Mind, Notes. Edited by Kirk Cameron. The Way of the Master Evidence Bible. Orlando, FL: Bridge-Logos, 2003.

    Yup, the danger of testing with a resource one never uses - I missed that it was a series name ...even looking at the citation. [:$]
