Start up Display issue- Help

The screen opens 6 out of 10 times looking like below. It will not close, I have to force shut down; restarting does not fix issue; the last couple of updates have not resolved the issue, and alas it still continues.

I always have to restart my system to get program to operate correctly, have reached an impasse at trying to solve this. And yes I have sought out professional assistance, from a gentleman who keeps DOD systems operating, not the kid next door. I was told it's not my operating system, but Logos itself.

Help maybe?

I will admit that from the screenshot it looks more like a video driver issue to me.

In Program Settings - the Advanced Section towards the bottom - do you have Hardware Acceleration set to Yes?

I agree with Graham. This might be helpful.

Press Windows+R (the Windows key is in the bottom-left corner of the keyboard).
Copy and paste appwiz.cpl into the Run dialog box.
Click OK.
Find Logos Bible Study, right-click it and click "Repair."
Allow Windows to run the install to repair the software.
Open the Logos Bible Study app.

I tried your suggestion and the issue continues. There have been no error files created but the screen still continues to not show the bar.

Try starting to a blank layout by holding the CTRL key (this will start logging as well)

Then try loading a layout before trying the Home page.

This did not help, and another issue started this morning- program is freezing up.

Still this issue persists - wit no help from Logos- after reviewing my history of updates and installs- I noticed the timeline in downloading the Logos Pro (early access) was the culprit.

Can anyone tell me how to uninstall this, or is it as simple as canceling and the Logos program will reset?

Yes, I received the email- thank you, I'll call this week to setup time, presently I have visitors, the 4-legged kind, and they are noisy .
