Web App Dynamic Toolbar - unable to remove/replace preferred resources

I thoroughly enjoy the Web app and use this regularly on my iPad. I have placed some preferred resources on the dynamic toolbar.

With time, I have some different preferred resources now. Unfortunately, I’m unable to remove and replace with new preferred resources.

Any tips and tricks for me?
