Strange behaviour in UBS5

In UBS5 Mark 12:23 there is a superscript 1. In Mark 12:26 there is a superscript 2. In Mark 12:34 there is a superscript 3.

Sometimes in UBS5 the superscript is a letter.

When any of these superscript numbers or letters are moused a window opens to tell me I do not have a license to view this book. This is true. A link refers me to logos.com.

When I mouse the link a message tells me that this resource is not sold by Logos. "Weʼre sorry. This is not a product we currently sell. Check out these recommended products:"

This is a strange message because Logos does sell the resource for $99.99.

I can confirm the behavior on your exact passage. I do not know the problem. This has been going on now for a while in my case.

I think the issue (which clearly is a bug and should be fixed) is not with the UBS5 resource or the desktop app. I own the apparatus and the foonotes you referred to will show the correct text from the apparatus for me. I'm sure the links in the resource have not changed and most probably the way Logos tries to open Logos.com hasn't changed either. However, the website has a rather mixed record of answering to those requests by Logos, and the shop search is undergoing some changes currently as well. Clearly the website is queried with a title, the book ID LLS:UBS5APP or a product number and can't resolve this. Maybe the reason is that https://www.logos.com/product/169509/the-greek-new-testament-fifth-revised-edition-apparatus currently is not available as a standalone product, only bundled with the UBS5 bible (then presumably dynamically priced for those who own the bible). Possibly a cross-posting in the Logos.com forum might help.
