BUG - Paste without formatting on notes (MAC)

I have been trying to paste without formatting using keyboard shortcut on my notes and it is not working.
I have the habit of pasting my highlighted text into the notes besides the anchor which is already created, so that I can add emphasis to some words. But I also tend to paste it without formatting so that when I read the on my mobile the font is standardized.
If I right click and select the option, it will work, but the proper shortcut (shift+command+v) will not do anything.
As I recently added a Mac OS system to my usage of Logos, I could not say if it has always been link this, but I suppose not because the shortcut is even listed when I right click.
Using Logos version 34.1.9 on Mac OS 14.5

Try Command-Option-Shift-V which I pasted with Cmd+v

Changing the settings in this email to italic try pasting with Command-Option-Shift-V and you will see that the command is not Paste without formatting but paste to match the text in the recipient document.
I think that in order to paste plain text you need an app such at as 'CopyLess' which is brilliant
