BUG in the store: it lets you order a pre-pub which is not available in your geographic region

Steps to reproduce:
1) I'm in Canada, and the book The Spirit of Justice: True Stories of Faith, Race, and Resistance" by Jemar Tisby (currently in pre-pub, listed as "in production") is not available in my country.
2) Search for jemar tisby (not in quotes)
3) Set Geographic Availability to All
The URL is currently: https://www.logos.com/search?query=jemar%20tisby&sortBy=Relevance&limit=60&page=1&ownership=all&geographicAvailability=all&useFuzzySearch=false&viewMode=list
4) Scroll down and find this book. Note there is no indication that it's not available for me to buy.
5) Click on "Quick buy" (or click "Pre-order" and then on the next page click "Place Pre-order").
Result: The book gets added to my Pre-pubs.
Expect: It should let me know now that it's not available to me (by having the buttons greyed out), rather than getting my hopes up.

Hi Rosie,
It is appropriate to allow you to pre-order it. "Geographic availablity" actually refers to currency, not geography. You can buy it, as long as you pay using a USD denominated payment method. Click "Edit" on the PrePub and select an appropriate payment method and it will work. A senior person from Logos explained this workaround to me years ago when the "geographic" limitation was first introduced. I'm in Australia, and sometimes buy a batch of USD only resources using a different (more expensive) credit card.

Thanks for that trick, Steve. All my purchases are in USD, but I was using my Canadian home address with it. When I changed to using a US address that I have associated with that card (the billing address), it works. I shouldn't have been using a mismatched address anyway, and I'm surprised my credit card company wasn't blocking my purchases from Logos on that card, since the billing address I had with Logos doesn't match what's on the card. I guess Logos isn't doing the test to match billing addresses, which they probably should be.
