How to access Advanced Tools in Logos Max to utilize Greek/Hebrew

I recently upgraded to Logos Max to get better Tools for Greek/Hebrew. I have contacted Logos and they do not seem to know how to access the New Tools. Was wondering if anyone here has ran into the same problem. If so, please assist....Thanks Much...

Which tools are you trying to access? Let us know and we can tell you how to access them. The other option is to use the new Help Center function (question mark icon on the tool bar) to find them.
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

Thank You for your response. When I upgraded to Logos Max, I did so because of the Advanced Tool to assist with Greek/Hebrew as is posted on the Logos Max Website. I have contacted several Customer Services Reps and they do not seem to know how to assist me in finding what the Advanced Tools to assist with Greek/Hebrew are. If you are able to assist, I would truly appreciate it. Thank you....

Currently, there are no extra tools between Pro and Max (and I think Logos 10).
The extra capabilities will begin to roll out with the official launch. Note: there are book differences already in the books provided, but not any new features. The intent is to continue to add advanced features. I believe Mark's comments were that Pro would provide intermediate Greek features, while Max would ultimately include advanced features and tools.

Julius, I'm using Pro not Max, but my understanding is that the "Advanced Tools" in Max are at this point datasets that are available without subscription to Logos 10 users who either purchased a high enough level of 10 or purchased the Full Feature Dataset (my case). Right now Max only offers more (subscription-tied/temporary) books than Pro for those of us with the Full Feature Dataset. Mark Barnes recently said in a podcast that more features for MAX will likely be added later this year or early next.
If you click on the Help (question mark) Symbol and type in "datasets" to search, you should see links to videos that provide instruction/help on utilizing the datasets including the Greek and Hebrew oriented ones. These features are accessed in Logos through right-click menus in Bibles and through other tools that have been part of Logos !0 full-feature language tools for a while now; they only appear in those menus for those who have the appropriate datasets. I hope that helps.

Look for the headings Datasets, Hebrew Books and Tools, Greek Books and Tools, and Septuagint at https://www.logos.com/compare/featuresets/Logos%20Feature%20Sets and compare Full to Silver to see that which could be the "Advanced Tools".
