Help file vs Help Center

Why is there a help file under the 3 dots in the top righ corner and a help center with a question mark on the top menu?.  While I see the help file can be accessed in the help center, why make more clutter by also having it under the 3 dots?

In fact, two other categories under the 3 dots could and should be under the help center to streamline this.

With Help Center only (currently at least) being available to those with a Logos Pro (or related) subscription, it seems to make sense to leave access to the helpfile etc as previously for those without a subscription.
