Amazon Fire Max 11 Missing Resources

I upgraded to a new Amazon Fire Max 11 tablet. Previously, I have been using an Amazon Fire HD10. The HD 10 worked perfectly and shows all 2,341 of my Logos resources. But after downloading Logos for my new Fire Max 11, only 56 resources show in my library.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the Logos app twice and got the same results - most of my library is still missing.

Is Logos supporting the new Amazon Fire Max 11 tablet series?

I need to get this sorted out, but can’t seem to find the solution.

    I found the solution. The app was not logged into my account, and when I logged in, all the resources populated correctly.
