Can’t scroll after switching from vertical to horizontal or vice versa

Can’t scroll after switching from vertical to horizontal or vice versa. I have this bug for a while and to my surprise it is still not fixed. After I rotate a screen, all the words are shifted to the right and then I know I have to quit app in order to make it work. It doesn’t happen all the time but very often.
