A painless transition for Connect subscribers who are Early Access adopters

As the company considers options for Connect subscribers, I must insist that you consider what I see as the most reasonable option in light of our commitment to the subscription model early on.

First, we should keep all of the functionality afforded us by the subscription at the same annual cost established including new features as we advance.

Second, the premium for additional features such as AI should be rated at the price set by precedence. A discounted total annual rate should be offered. I suggest two months free per annum. The early adopters should receive credit for the months already paid.

Last, one may ask which tier does the above model assume? Well, Connect made no distinction between Pro and Max. Even Premium is a new concept. The best way to settle this issue is to allow the customer to choose. As for me, I selected Pro. But, as far as functionality, I have Max which I intend to keep.

    Beloved, just discussing.

I can see wanting for them to keep their prior commitments. I never Now'd, but it seems there's a lot of overlap with their 'new' subscription.

But perks for early adopting? I could argue I paid FL a lot more for my Full Features ... I deserve a dynamic-priced subscription! Of course, they now want me to hand them over $200 more, just to give them more money for unknown 'stuff'.

But I guess, Logos newbies need to pay more than oldies ... as precidence? Really?

    Yes

I also, opine that there should be a "no library" option.

My prediction...Nobody is going to be put on the biggest tier and most of the new features over the next 2 years will go into the biggest tier. That means your price will be increasing by 30% if you want the new features.
