No longer can I disable ads

I reinstalled Logos because HP updated my bios and locked me out of Windows. So I had to do a reset of Windows 11. On the homepage of Logos I have home with a setting icon (gear) but Explore is missing the gear icon so I can't disable ads. I looked in program settings and only saw the disable shop button option but, that didn't remove any ads.

Where did they move it to?

Separately, Settings has 'Banners' (on/off) which is adverts.
