Logos app on Android freezes and closes

Hi,

I'm very frustrated. The Logos App Freezes every time on my android phone.

I uninstalled and reinstalled a number of times, but still same problem.

Phone: Samsung Galaxy S23

App 35.0.0, build 1350000049

    Hi,

    Thanks. It helped with some of the issues. 

    I'm in Denmark - and years ago I bought the Danish Bible (Bibelen. Den hellige Skrifts kanoniske Bøger.) My version is LLS: 1.0.615. 2023-08-16T17:16:25Z

    My main problem is: When I on my Android phone download the Danish Bible (for use with no internet connection) the app freezes when I'm using it the first time. Then I have to delete it again. If I don't download it everything works fine - but then I need internet connection.

    On my iPad everything works fine.

    Is it a problem with the Danish version? It seems so, because a number of bibles (NIV, NASB, ASV, ESV, The Message) works fine when they are downloaded.

    Torben,

    I am able to use the Danish version offline in Android without any problem.

    Please send us logs from your Android device, so that we can investigate further.

    1. Open the app.
    2. Tap the More icon (this icon has three horizontal lines).
    3. Tap "About".
    4. Press “Report a Problem”.
    5. A pre-addressed email will open with a log file attached automatically. Mark the logs "Attention: Joe".  Press “Send” to send your report.
