Logos Verse of the Day bible version

Why does the Verse of the Day not include the bible version used?
Today's VOTD is 2 Timothy 3:16-17 (with technical drawing instruments along the bottom) and uses the word "competent" in verse 17. The CLOSEST version I have found is the ESV. However, the ESV text uses the word "complete". ??
It would be advantageous if the bible version used were appended to the reference to assist further study.
I searched in my Bibles in Logos and generally online and could not find the exact match.

It was probably taken from the 2007 Edition of the ESV; the word "competent" was changed in the 2011 Edition: https://www.bible-researcher.com/esv2011changes.pdf

[Y] Thank you for the response. Makes sense.
Is there any likely hood that the bible version (including the year if a previous version is used) will be added to the reference citation?
