Strange behavior with Alt-Home in 36.0 beta 1 on Windows 11

The Logos helpfile has

Alt+Home – Go to Home Page (from a floating window)

If, on 36.0 beta 1 on Windows 11, I have a floating window in focus and press Alt-Home I get a very short display of the dashboard followed by switching to the main workspace

If I press Alt-Home again I get the dashboard as expected

Hi Ali

And I've just noticed that Alt-H on Windows - that should toggle between Home Page / Dashboard and the general workspace no longer works in 36.0 beta 1 (I've checked on 35 and it works fine there)
