Missing Volumes from the New Cambridge Bible Commentary (NCBC)

The following two volumes are conspicuously absent from the New Cambridge Bible Commentary offerings:
Levine, Amy-Jill and Ben Witherington III. The Gospel of Luke (NCBC). Cambridge: Cambridge University Press, 2018.
Brosend, William F. II. James and Jude (NCBC). Cambridge: Cambridge University Press, 2004.

There are a few others missing too. The missing volumes don't appear to be available as ebooks on Amazon either, so I guess that's the reason.

It looks like only about six volumes are available in Kindle, so I wouldn't think that would be the issue since Logos is offering seventeen of them.

Well spotted! I only looked originally at the volumes included in the Denver Bibliographies as I was updating, but you are correct that there are more volumes missing, including:
Judges and Ruth
The Gospel of John
The Letters of John

Looking on the publisher's website, they are only listing 17 volumes, so perhaps the "missing" volumes have been withdrawn.
