Once I have the books that I have searched for displayed in my library, can I prioritize them?
For example, can I move books in my search results in the order I want them to be?

The simple answer is no. Library prioritization is set before one runs a search. You may use the search results to change your prioritizations and rerun the search. (I may be wrong it may only be necessary to change the sequence option.)
