L4 Mac: Shortcut bar not working

I am new to the forum. Thank you for extending grace if this is redundant.

I took Camp Logos a few weeks ago and highly recommend it. I was running L4 Windows and L4 Mac concurrently. Here is one of the problems encountered:

You can create a shortcut by dragging to the shortcut bar, but the shortcut does not work. Ex: type "close all" in the command bar --> "close all" appears in drop down menu --> drag "close all" to shortcut bar --> shortcut is added --> clicking on "close all" shortcut does nothing.

BTW, I upgraded to Beta 9 and the problem remains.

Have you tried to right-clicking on the shortcut icon to open up a menu that works? My shortcut bar doesn't work if you click on the icons but if I right-click, I can get a menu that allows me to perform the task. I have a case in with Logos about this but haven't heard anything back from them.

Good word, Keith. The right-click works. It is ironic that must right-click "open" to "close-all." I assume Logos will fix the icons for a single click.

This is the first time I've heard reports of a problem like this (nearly everyone on the development team makes extensive use of this feature, too…).

If you could open Logos (close it first, if it's running), click on one of the icons, and then upload your logs, we may be able to get to the bottom of this.

There's nothing useful in the Logos4.log, and the Console Messages log is from June (unlike the others, it doesn't auto-refresh—you have to open up Console and re-save each time you want fresh data). I believe we'll be adding some extra logging in that area for the next beta, so if it's still not working by then, we'll want to revisit this.
