A question for a friend about the Early Access Prices - I might be missing something

I have a friend who owns Logos 10 Gold and the Logos 10 Full Feature Set, but it shows the Early Access Prices still at the $149, $249, and $349 prices. Shouldn’t he have the discounted prices as he owns the Full Feature Set? Or am I missing something?

He should. Take it up with Customer Services.

I have the Logos 10 Full Feature set and had the same issue.

Customer Service was very helpful and I was able to get the discounted prices.
