Is This Sinful?

Not sure where to ask this question but a blog post https://www.logos.com/grow/min-is-this-a-sin/ has the following questions but the author didn't answer them. Any idea what would be the answers?

The previous section answered the question, What is sin? Yet the original question remains: Am I sinning? Consider a few examples:

1. A young woman is tempted by same-sex attraction but never acts on it. Is she sinning for feeling this way?
2. A young man joined a church and was quickly invited to a “guy’s night.” When he arrived, he saw several brothers drinking alcohol and smoking cigars. This made him immediately uncomfortable. He left feeling angry that Christian men would do such things, and worried that he might be corrupted by them.
3. A husband is made to feel guilty for his wife’s frequent disappointment and hurt feelings. Is he guilty of sinning against her every time she gets upset?
4. A wife has endured years of emotional and physical abuse at the hands of her Christian husband. A close friend advises her to forgive and reconcile since “God hates divorce” (Mal 2:16). She wonders, “Does God hate divorce more than abuse? Would it be sinful to separate?”
5. A mom attends yoga classes a couple of times a week. But a member of her small group at church told her that she was participating in a false religion. She was defensive at first, but now wonders, “Were they right? Am I sinning by doing yoga?”

The best talk on ethics I ever heard was for a confirmation class by a member of the diocesan staff who had specialized in ethics and spiritual formation (discipline, in evangelical terminology, I think). He began with a story of three survivors spread over two islands with a canoe that only held one person. He left the story in a theological dilemma and said that he would give the answer at the end of the lecture. At the end, he opened the floor to questions without having "solved" the dilemma. When someone finally got up the nerve to ask, he explained that each of us had to find our own answer because the ethical value judgment depended on our motivation not our action as any solution inflicted hurt to one equal to the joy to the other.

I positively hate stupid questions such as these. For question 5, for example, most yoga studios in the US have nothing to do with yoga as a religious activity so the question is moot. For question 4, for example, separating and divorcing are not the same thing. The question is based on a false equivalence. In question 3 you are asking me to judge the mental health of two individuals - how the ____ would I know. But it may be a sin to ask me to judge on insufficient evidence - being judgmental is not a Christian virtue. In question 2 ... what a judgmental ____ the young man is and what a snowflake he is to fear being corrupted by them.  If he doesn't like their activity, refuse to participate and refuse future invitations. As for question 1, until you give me proof that same-sex attraction is not a matter of how God made them, I refuse to answer in these forums. So, I ask you, have you stopped hitting your wife? Have you quit blaspheming against God? Have you considered evaluating your own thoughts and behaviors rather than judging others? Do you believe me that I positively hate stupid questions ... not to mention that if they were well-formed rather than gotcha questions, the answers would be theological and therefore, outside the parameters of the forums?

Edit: I was taught that in order to sin, 3 conditions have to be met:

1. It must objectively be wrong
2. You must know it is wrong
3. You must freely choose to do it anyway.
