List of Depreciated Functionality

I am working my way through various Logos Training Videos I have and find. Of course some of these are out of date. LIke Wikipedia functionality for example. I found out that was depreciated a while back by searching the forums.

Some videos reference the Go Box, which doesn't appear to exist anymore as it used to. At least it doesn't have the Go anymore according to what I found on the forums.

Then, this morning, I was watching a video on quick collections built from searching by author so I tried that.

I tried several different ways and using examples I found by searching in the forums and didn't seem to get quick collection functionality.

My overall question: Is there an easy place to find depreciated functionality?

Secondary: Do quick collections still exist?

Good question regarding old videos and missing functions.

Can't speak to 'quick collections'.

But if you have a highlighted set of resources in your library (could be author, but also subject, etc), in the library info panel, there's a choice 'Save as Collection'. Maybe they changed it.

This is now referred to as the Command Box. I believe most support articles and videos in the Logos support area show this correctly - unless they are explicitly marked as referring to previous versions. Was there a particular video that had the Go box reference?

Following your example it worked. I wasn't clicking on Your Books. Here was what I was trying. I am trying to attach a screenshot, if it isn't there, I am still trying I tried on my last message and it didn't show up. Sure would be easier if I could just post from the Windows snipping tool [:D]

Here was what I was trying.

The place you had the author field is where the actual search string needs to go.
