I am hopefully getting logos 10 full features upgrade
Do you think the logos 10 gold library will go on sale the same as logos 9 libraries and 8 and 7 and so on?
It's a good discount now but will it get better for book only do you think ?
It might get better but will it be the same value?
If you have a need for the material now - will that need have passed by the time the price drops.?
If you need it now - buying it now will represent the best value.
If you don't need it now - and don't need it when/if the price drops why are you buying it at all?
I'm now completely confused by the packages.
Best I can see, L10 Gold is feature free. A week ago I got L10 Orthodox Platinum and it dumped features into my library. Now, I don't see any in the package. Same in L10 Academic Pro.
The features are excluded for you because you own them all. If you log out, you will see the features again in the L10 gold package.

Lol! I enjoy your humor. Humor aside, you could always browse the full feature set to review which features you own for as long as it's displayed on the website. And then there's the list that Mark is still perfecting for us. So I do think this is information they're trying to keep accessible for us.

But if it was cheaper I would be pushed over the edge and buy it.

As I understand it, the Gold package of books will be on sale again in the future, just like always. After the release of the new subscription model, it may not contain all the same books that it includes now, just as has happened with the release of each new version of Logos. That part is sketchy in my mind, since there won't really be a Logos 11, per se.
What will really be different, I think, is that future packages of books will no longer include feature sets. It's the features that are included in the subscriptions, along with a small set of books required to make the features work. What remains to be seen is how FL will market "perpetual" feature sets in the future, when they make the non-AI features available for purchase from time to time.
So, if you're interested in a Gold package because you want the additional features as well as the books, I'd say you should get it now. If you don't care about the features you'd get with Gold, then you can probably hold off to see if there will be a better sale, but that could be a long wait. We've seen FL offer the Logos 9 legacy packages for sale, so it's likely they'll do something similar with Logos 10 book packages some day.
