Some publishers are not visible when going through the list of publishers...

In the Logos 10 Desktop app, I open Library, select "Add to Library" to view the online store, and then go through the list of publishers, by pressing the "More »" button.
I've noticed that some of the publishers are not shown this way.
For example, "Saint Paul Seminary Press":
I have to type the first one or two letters, i.e. "s" or "sa" in order to "reveal" this publisher:
The publishers are ordered by the number of books, and alphabetically within a group with the same number of books.
This particular publisher has 8 books, as you can see from the second screenshot.
But on the first screenshot you can see all publishers with 8 books which start with "S", but "Saint Paul Seminary Press" is not present.
This is not the only example, there are many of them.
Could you please check why some of the publishers are "hidden"?

It is the Logos Desktop app and its version is the number we want to know (from About Logos in the App's toolbar menu).

i couldn't reproduce with this publisher, who had the same number of books (12) in Verbum and Logos, whilst the total number of books differed (and were greater than yours). I found it daunting to check other publishers at random as I prefer the Find filter to mind numbing scrolling!

It is the Logos Bible Study Desktop app for Windows, version 35.0.520
The fact that you see a different number of books for the same publisher is also strange. Below is a list of books I see. Do you mind sending a list of 12 books for the "Saint Paul Seminary Press" publisher which you see?

These extra four books are not shown for me when I select the "Saint Paul Seminary Press" publisher. I only see 8 books.
So it sounds like another bug: not only the publisher is not visible when viewing the list of publishers (and I have to enter the first few letters of the publisher's name to make it visible), but also the books are not visible when selecting the publisher of these books.
I cannot find these books even when I search by title:
On Earth as It Is in Heaven: Cultivating a Contemporary Theology of Creation
Augustine's Confessions and Contemporary Concerns
Manual de Doctrina Social de la Iglesia: una guía para los cristianos en el mundo de hoy
Everyone's Apocalypse

I think the issue might be in your very first screenshot. When I open "Add to library" in Logos (36.0 Beta 2 but I don't think the version makes the difference), I see a few over 250k resources. Doing the same with Verbum will yield nearly 220k - your screenshot says 190k, possibly the four books are in the difference.
The store seems to have 9 - Everyone's Apocalypse is in PrePub and I can find Manual de Doctrina Social de la Iglesia there quite fine.

I own two books by Meconi that appear in the add to library tab as owned ... but I don't find them in either the Logos or Verbum storefronts. I assume that they appear only because I own them. Does that help explain discrepancies?

That's interesting.
In the Desktop "Logos Bible Study" app v35.0.520, I see 190,579 books in the store library.
In the app.logos.com (logged in to my account), I see 188,728 books in the store library.
As anonymous user on app.logos.com, I see 189,133.
All numbers are different, considering also the much bigger numbers which you see.
These discrepancies are another problem, in addition to the original one, about inability to see some publishers when going through the "More" button.

Those are the extra four I have, but they are listed as not Available to purchase, unlike the other 8.

The numbers are changing. Total is 250351(250371) whilst Availability is 219980 (220000) and 188089 (188082). The latest are in parentheses.
Verbum numbers are perplexing: Latest Total is 220004 whilst Availability is 220000 and 10160!Dave
