Can I pay more then my monthly payment?

I just bought Logos 10 standard Gold from Pre Logos 6 my payments are $50.45 a month 15 months maybe 14 months since I had to pay $50.48 to download. Do I need to call if I want to pay more or do they not allow that? I don't have a salesperson since I hardly upgrade. I got Gold cause it was $711. Last time I brought a base package it was called Lbronix.

The only thing you can do on your own without calling Customer Service is to adjust the next payment date. I will sometimes bump that date to tomorrow's date when I want to make an extra payment (and have even done that several times in a row to make additional payments). But if you want to pay a different amount, you'll need to call Customer Service and ask them to assist you with making an additional/different payment on your payment plan.
Be sure to have your payment plan number available when you call.

I have only had the option to make one change with the date. Afterwards the new date is like the law of the Medes and Persians.

This is honestly my biggest annoyance with Logos. It boggles the mind that we cannot pay off payments plans or make extra payments through the website. Having to call is inconvenient for customers, and I'm sure it would also be helpful for customer service or billing if they did not have to field those extra calls.
Disclaimer: I hate using messaging, texting, and email for real communication. If anything that I type to you seems like anything other than humble and respectful, then I have not done a good job typing my thoughts.

Years ago Bob said every call cost L 20 bucks. This figure will be higher now.

I've never done this but I assume the disadvantage is that you still pay the monthly fee this way, while paying it off early saves the finance charge.

The service fee is already baked into my total right? It should be less if I pay more. I buy things with Affrim and that's how it works if I pay more and get it paid off sooner Logos 10 standard Gold $733 is total price but with fees etc it is $807 if I pay $50.45. That $807 will be less if I call and pay more

Yes, if you contact them. But if you just move up your due date, I don't think their system will automatically reduce the fee.

That's fine. I was responding to Myke's method specifically. Just email cs@logos.com and let them know when you want to pay extra.
